The Remote Post: Albums of November 2019

Some of my favourite records of the year have been released this month, from the gorgeous lo-fi alt-country of Friendship to the shoegazing melodic rock of Greet Death. The debut from Maija Sofia is a timeless record of enchanting folk songs and the dark menace of Deliluhs post-punk is eerily pervasive. I also happened upon stunning new record from Hallelujah Hills, a band I knew little about, but already feel a deep-rooted connection, as if I’ve been listening for years.
